For those of us with Monday classes [insert sad face HERE], school started August 31th.
Making this Week 3 of the Fall semester. As your trusted advisor (re: what to do/where to go), I realized last week that I had to shove my books aside and give your on-/off-campus entertainment options some thought. That’s when the light bulb in my head burst a filament: Who am I to tell you what to do? Where to go?
Then I remembered: I’m Naz Girl About Town, dammit!
Still, it seemed only right to tap our fellow students for insight. Well, there’s that and – if I’m being honest – the sinking feeling that I’ve already fallen behind in my obligations (work, classwork, Moodle updates and the search for the elusive paid internship), while ducking raindrops the size of enchiladas. Did you see those?
So, this week’s word on the street comes to you from your peers – with colored snapshots no less.
But, wait! There’s more: Read thru to the very end for a SPECIAL OFFER.

In closing, I’ve gotta send a BIG shout out to: Jessica, Meghesh, Julie, Naomi and Kane.
I never could’ve completed this “Word on the Street” piece without you, in plenty of time to meet deadline even. You were way more accommodating, friendly and adventurous than can reasonably be expected of complete strangers. In short, you rock! I hope to see you ’round campus.
As for the rest of you?
